the expansion of an upcoming Tesla gigafactory. The design of this project is truly
uncompromised, featuring storage for cars and equipment, a showroom and a
service repair center. This comprehensive approach presents a unique solution to
the intricate challenges of the automotive industry. As Tesla strives to lead the
world towards a more sustainable future, we aimed to do our part by implementing
innovative designs that promote a sustainable environment.

This tenant fit-out is a next-generation experience and a haven for chocolate lovers and
connoisseurs. William dean chocolates boasts a comprehensive layout, featuring a bakery, café
counter, and both indoor and outdoor seating, and a back-of-house area for enhanced service.
The interior design comprises glossy stormy blue tiled walls that surround the black and white
interior’s clean lines, with glimmers of gold that echo the blue and gold hues of the William
Dean logo. A mere glance upwards may give the illusion of chocolate cascading from the
ceiling, heightening the immersive nature of the atmosphere. Incorporating a sleek,
contemporary architectural vision, EMPAD Architecture has redefined the modern chocolate
experience, presenting visitors with a regal and enticing ambiance at William Dean’s chocolate
shop in Tampa

EMPAD has extensive experience in managing retail and restaurant projects, spanning from the initial schematic design phase to the completion of construction. Notably, our portfolio includes a diverse range of completed plaza designs, with the Publix Supermarket and neighboring retail spaces in the Market at Mirada being among them. This particular project highlights a strikingly elegant facade for Publix, featuring balcony access. Additionally, our design approach incorporates contemporary and precisely crafted storefronts for the shell retail units,
complemented by a strategically planned parking lot for optimal functionality.

Designing the self storage facility on US-19 allowed our team of professionals to exemplify our mastery in designing projects related to storage and other multi-leveled facilities. The creation of an elegantly streamlined self storage building, coupled with an internal program that maximizes spatial efficiency without compromising comfort, stands as a testament to our capabilities and commitment to crafting clean and sleek designs while ensuring the optimal utilization of space, seamlessly balancing functionality and comfort.

When world-renowned Chef Chris Ponte entrusted EMPAD to craft an environment that matches the excellence of his culinary creations, our skilled experts in interior design and culinary planning collaborated to fashion an exceptional space. This includes a customized bar area, a captivating floor-to-ceiling cellar, and an open dough room, thoughtfully integrated within the dining area for a unique experience.
